PBA: NLEX star Robert Bolick takes early lead in BPC race

Robert Bolick emerged as the early leader in the race for the Best Player of the Conference in the PBA Season 48 Philippine Cup, according to an article posted on the league's website on Thursday, April 12.

The new NLEX ace has amassed 49.2 statistical points (SPs) after averaging league-bests of 29.5 points and 7.2 assists as well as 5.8 rebounds to lead the Road Warriors to a 5-1 record.

Bolick is almost six SPs ahead of NorthPort standout Arvin Tolentino (43.6), Terrafirma super rookie Stephen Holt (40.2), San Miguel behemoth June Mar Fajardo (37.0) and Rain or Shine stalwart Leonard Santillan (35.9), who round out the top five.

Also in the Top 10 are recent Commissioner’s Cup Best Player of the Conference and Finals Most Valuable Player CJ Perez (33.8), TNT gunner Calvin Oftana (33.3), Rain or Shine veteran Beau Belga (31.9), Terrafirma leader Juami Tiongson (31.9) and Ginebra big Christian Stanhardinger (31.8).

Meanwhile, NorthPort’s Cade Flores and Zav Lucero, Elasto Painter Adrian Nocum and Tropang Giga big man Henry Galinato are among the top performers for newbies.
