It’s always tough to be away from a loved one. Being in a rough spot while you’re at it only makes it worse. It’s a must for both parties in a long-distance relationship to be extra strong to survive the trials and tribulations of such a difficult setup.

F2 Logistics Cargo Movers superstar Kim Kianna Dy and his beau Dwight Ramos who plays in the Japan B.League for Levanga Hokkaido seemed to have found a way to overcome these so-called LDR difficulties.

Of course, they can always maximize today’s technologies for constant communication. And they have the means as well to visit each other during their free time. Despite all that, KKDwight isn’t totally immune to the longing that comes with being thousands of miles apart.

On Saturday, the F2 stalwart fully expressed how much she misses St. Dwight in a TikTok upload that featured Taylor Swift’s song Mirrorball Girl.

It was practically a video of her staring into the abyss as the American pop icon’s hit was banging.

“What it feels like being drained and all you need is a hug from your favorite person but he’s in another country,” Dy wrote as a caption.

It’s totally understandable what the decorated opposite hitter is going through. Sidelined with a knee injury, she’s forced to simply cheer for her Cargo Movers teammates instead of actually helping them out on the court.

After beating the Galeries Tower Highrisers in Ilocos Sur, F2 now has a 2-1 record in the PVL Second-All Filipino Conference. The ladies in yellow will gun for a third-straight win on Thursday as they take on the Petro Gazz Angels. Unfortunately, it’s another game that KKD will have to sit out as she continues to work her way to full recovery.
