Farm Fresh Foxies hold steady at the eighth spot to maintain playoff chance
The Farm Fresh Foxies snapped their two-game losing streak with a dominant straight-set win over the Capital1 Solar Spikers, 25-17, 25-23, 25-20, in the PVL Reinforced Conference.
Led by Yeny Murillo's 15 points, the Foxies limited Capital1's top scorer Marina Tushova to under 20 points, securing their third win in Pool D.
This victory moves the Foxies into the eighth and final playoff spot with a 3-4 record, ahead of the Choco Mucho Flying Titans.
The Foxies will face the undefeated Akari Chargers next as they conclude their group stage.
