The Choco Mucho Flying Titans will have one last shot to make it to the quarterfinals, as they go up against the PLDT High Speed Hitters on Thursday, August 22.
The last quarterfinal slot in the 2024 PVL Reinforced Conference remains up for grabs between the Choco Mucho Flying Titans and the Farm Fresh Foxies.
The Foxies, who came into their final preliminaries game with a 3-4 record, had a chance of securing their playoff spot with a win against the undefeated Akari Chargers.

However, that was not the case as the Chargers went on to sweep the Foxies, 25-19, 25-22, 25-19, at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.
This has left the door open for the Flying Titans, who must defeat the PLDT High Speed Hitters on Thursday, August 22, at 3:00 p.m., still at the FilOil EcoOil Centre.
No matter the number of sets PLDT wins on Thursday, a win by Choco Mucho will put them over Farm Fresh after they are already ahead in points.

The Flying Titans or Foxies will then face the league-leading Akari Chargers in the quarterfinals, which begins on Saturday, August 24.
