The Creamline Cool Smashers seek to extend the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference Finals as they battle championship-hungry Petro Gazz Angels in a do-or-die Game 2.
The Creamline Cool Smashers will try to keep their dynasty alive as they try to force a winner-take-all match against the Petro Gazz Angels come Game 2 of the 2024–25 PVL All-Filipino Conference Finals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao on Thursday, April 10.
After falling short in a thrilling five-set Game 1, the Cool Smashers now face a must-win situation to extend their quest for an 11th PVL crown and a fifth consecutive All-Filipino title.
Despite the defeat, Bernadeth Pons provided a silver lining for the Cool Smashers with a 16-point outing, while middle blockers Pangs Panaga and Bea de Leon added 13 and 11 markers, respectively.
Creamline’s star trio of Alyssa Valdez, Tots Carlos, and Jema Galanza combined for just 23 points in Game 1, as they struggled to get past the Petro Gazz defense.
