Adamson Lady Falcons are giving their full support to outgoing coach Jerry Yee.

On Tuesday, Yee signed with new PVL team Farm Fresh Foxies. After a season with the Lady Falcons, he is now tasked to lead a pro team led by former NCAA MVP Mycah Go, whom he also coached in the collegiate ranks.

Yee and Go led the College of Saint Benilde Lady Blazers to the NCAA title in both of the last two seasons, including a season sweep in Season 97.

While it was tough to let go of the tactician who worked wonders for the team bannered by Louie Romero and Trisha Tubu, the university completely understood his decision to return to the pros. Coach Jerry previously mentored the Petro Gazz Angels in the PVL.

“We understand his desire to return to the professional league and though it pains us to see him go, he has our complete and sincere support in his new endeavor,” Adamson said in a statement.

The San Marcelino-based school expresses its gratitude to the seasoned mentor, who steered the team to a third place-finish in Season 85.

It was Adamson’s first podium in a decade.

“It was an inspiring journey for the Lady Falcons and without him  as their head coach, their podium finish would not have been possible,”  the statement said.
