Excited to see more of Bianca.
You know you're doing right in the field of racing when you have the support of McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown.
Speaking to the Track Limits podcast, the F1 team's top honcho spoke highly of the 18-year-old racing sensation.
"It’s great supporting her. She’s another McLaren racing driver. As far as I’m concerned doesn’t matter what gender you are, you’re a McLaren racing driver," Brown said when asked about Bustamante.

The Pinay racer broke barriers yet again by becoming the first female to join the McLaren Driver Development program. And it looks like Bustamante is in the right place to grow considering how Brown and the rest of the McLaren team create an environment for growth.
"Anytime you have diversity in your team, whether race, gender, religion, geography, you get a much more well-rounded view of life. ‘Cause people have to look at things in a different way. If you have 10 people all saying the same thing, you kind of want to hear a different perspective."

Bustamante will have a few months of preparation before getting back on track as the 2024 F1 Academy season opens in March.
