Dwight Ramos returns to Japan where another formidable foe awaits.

After his Gilas stint, Ramos aims to help Levanga Hokkaido end a three-game slide when they take on the surging Utsunomiya Brex in the 2024-25 Japan B.League regular season.

The last time the 26-year-old suited up for Levanga, he exited early in due to an undisclosed injury during a 73-68 defeat to Gunma Crane Thunders in their last outing.

But Ramos was healthy enough to play for Gilas Pilipinas and is expected to be in action as Hokkaido hopes to pull off an upset over the 31-6 Utsunomiya, who are on a five-game winning streak.

Levanga is currently in fifth place in the Eastern Conference behind a 13-24 win-loss record.

Through 30 games this season, the reliable guard is averaging 10.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.8 assists.
