The Cargo Movers are out to do better than their third-place finish in the PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Best Opposite Spiker. Best Setter. 1st Best Outside Spiker.
There will be no shortage of talent among the rookies of the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers, as they continue their recruitment spree by welcoming two more members of the UAAP Season 85's cream of the crop in De La Salle Lady Spikers Jolina dela Cruz and Mars Alba.
Alba, who was named Best Setter in the recently concluded collegiate season, and dela Cruz, hailed 1st Best Outside Spiker, were the latest roster additions that F2 Logistics made public on Sunday night through its official social media channels.
The two DLSU seniors do not only bring their individual excellence, but also their championship experience after La Salle brought home the UAAP crown.
Earlier in the day, the Cargo Movers also announced its acquisition of the services of Jov Fernandez, FEU Tamaraw and Best Opposite Spiker in Season 85.
In the PVL All-Filipino Conference, the Cargo Movers made their breakthrough podium finish, giving eventual champions Creamline Cool Smashers the business in the semifinals. They then netted the third-place trophy after defeating the PLDT High Speed Hitters in the battle for bronze.
And the yellow-clad squad intend to stay on top of the league.
With proven college stars in dela Cruz, Alba, and Fernandez, fans of F2 Logistics have more reason to be optimistic for the rest of the reason, starting with the PVL Invitational Conference in June.
