To this day, many fans still can’t believe that the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers will no longer be participating in the PVL.
As players bid their goodbyes to the Cargo Movers, Dawn Macandili-Catindig laid out a perfect reminder to fans of just how dominant the team was back in their day.
In an Instagram post, Macandili-Catindig posted a photo of her in front of several trophies that the Cargo Movers brought home during their time in PSL.
“Still, home of the champs,” said Macandili. “Thank you, F2!”
To name a few, F2 Logistics were champions of the 2016 PSL All-Filipino Conference, 2017 PSL Grand Prix Conference, 2018 PSL Invitational Cup, 2019 PSL Grand Prix Conference, and 2021 PNVF Champions League for Women.
Macandali-Catindig, of course, bagged several “Best Libero" awards in the PSL and even once in the PVL—during the 2022 Open Conference.
While their time in the PVL wasn’t as successful as they had hoped for, fans will never forget just how dominant the team was during their peak.
As the team seemingly goes their separate ways, it’s safe to say that the time they had with the Cargo Movers will forever be remembered in Philippine volleyball history.
The question now is—where will Macandili-Cantindig play next?
That’s something fans are definitely watching out for.
