There’s a reason why she’s called MVPons.

Over the past two conferences, Bernadeth Pons has cemented herself as one of the top players in the PVL, and her recent streak of triple-double performances for the Creamline Cool Smashers proves just why that is.

Whether it's attacking, receiving, or digging, Pons has consistently delivered exceptional all-around performances that have made her a force to be reckoned with in the league.

Her dominance began with a remarkable display against the Petro Gazz Angels during the crossover round of the Reinforced Conference.

Despite the five-set loss, Pons put up 17 attacks, 19 excellent digs, and 26 excellent receptions, setting the tone for what would be a string of jaw-dropping performances from the standout player.

A few days later, Pons delivered another triple-double against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, recording 12 points, 13 excellent digs, and 14 excellent receptions. Her ability to impact all facets of the game was on full display, helping Creamline maintain an edge over its rivals.

Pons saved her best performance for a showdown with the Cignal HD Spikers during the Reinforced Conference semifinals. In that game, she tallied a new career-high of 28 points, 24 excellent receptions, and 17 excellent digs.

This dominant outing solidified her reputation as one of the league's most versatile players, proving her ability to attack and defend with equal brilliance.

Continuing her streak of triple-doubles, Pons came up big again against the Akari Chargers in the Reinforced Conference final with 19 points, 13 excellent receptions, and 12 excellent digs, bringing home the MVP and Finals MVP honors.

But not even a week since their championship, Pons and the Cool Smashers returned to the court for the Invitational Conference.

In their highly anticipated rematch against Japan's Kurashiki Ablaze, Pons continued her relentless performance, tallying 13 points, 13 excellent digs, and 21 excellent receptions, for their first win against the Japanese squad.

And just when it seemed like she couldn’t outdo herself, Pons delivered yet another triple-double a day later against the Cignal HD Spikers, racking up 15 points, 17 excellent digs, and 20 excellent receptions.

With her all-around game at its peak, the Cool Smashers are once again strong contenders for the championship, and as long as Pons keeps racking up these triple-doubles, they’ll be tough to beat.

Pons will look to continue her steady all-around contributions for Creamline as they look to secure the historic grand slam in the Invitational Conference.
