With seasoned national team players like Alyssa Valdez, Tots Carlos, and Jema Galanza, the Cool Smashers are expected to put up a strong fight despite taking on international counterparts.
The PVL Grand Slam champions are also allowed to enlist up to three imports for the tournament.
Zhetysu VC, a powerhouse club from Kazakhstan, brings extensive experience in Asian competitions, while Al-Nassr Club will be representing Jordanian volleyball on a high-profile stage.
With only three teams in their pool, Creamline will need to secure at least one win to advance to the knockout rounds and keep their title hopes alive.
