Far Eastern University's Chen Tagaod, Gerzel Petallo and Faida Bakanke stepped up in the fifth to spoil Casiey Dongallo's 30-point explosion for University of the East, 22-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-27, 15-11, in the UAAP season 86 women's volleyball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay on Sunday, Feb. 25.
The Lady Tamaraws thus upped their slate to 2-1 at third as they bounced back after bowing to reigning champion La Salle. The Lady Warriors, meanwhile, absorbed their second straight defeat for a 1-2 record at sixth.
