TNC Predator upsets Philippine powerhouse team Blacklist International in the lower bracket second round of the The International 13 SEA Closed Qualifiers
TNC Predator showcased their Dota prowess as they outplayed fellow Filipino Dota 2 team Blacklist International in the Dota 2 SEA Closed Qualifiers, 2-0.
The SEA Closed Qualifiers is part of the Road to The International (TI) where teams fight for a slot in The International Dota 2 Championships.
With the loss to TNC, Blacklist International is out of contention for a TI13 berth.
Before the lower bracket showdown, Blacklist International faced another Filipino team in Execration in the upper bracket and was swept, 0-2.
Both teams were directly invited in the Closed Qualifiers, along with Aurora, Talon Esports, Neon Esports, Bleed Esports, Salvation Gaming, and MANTA Esports
Meanwhile, TNC Predator fought their way in the Open Qualifer #2 where they succeeded, alongside IHC Esports, in entering the Closed Qualifiers. PRISM Esports and Yangon Galacticos are the representatives from the Open Qualifier #1.

TNC will face Yangon Galacticos tomorrow, June 21, in the lower bracket third round, while Execration will face Talon Esports in the upper bracket semifinals.
Winners from both brackets will qualify for The International 13 that will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on September 13 to 15.
