Scottish pool player Jayson Shaw remains undefeated in Day 4 of the 2024 Reyes Cup after taking down Vietnam's Duong Huoc Hoang in their singles bout.
Jayson Shaw will not be denied another victory after downing Duong Huoc Hoang of Vietnam, 5-2, to further fan Team Europe's chances in the 2024 Reyes Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila on Friday, Oct. 18.
Coming off his victory against Carlo Biado, Shaw had another brilliant start, pulling off four straight wins once more for a commanding lead against Duong.
The Vietnamese pool player tried to mount a comeback after getting back-to-back frames, but in the end, it was too late as Shaw closed out Duong for his second straight victory in the tournament.
Team Asia is still ahead 10-6 as they look to close it out with Singapore’s Aloyssius Yapp going up against Francisco Sanchez Ruiz of Spain.
