Are you starting your career? Choco Mucho Flying Titans star Sisi Rondina has an inspiring message for you as she reflects on her volleyball journey.
Have you ever had a soft moment wherein you start to look back on how you began your career and slowly realize how far you have come?
Well, reigning PVL Conference MVP Sisi Rondina had just that.
In an Instagram reel, Rondina took some time to reflect on her journey as a volleyball player.
Height is not always might, especially for the spitfire outside hitter. While she may not be the most blessed in that regard, the Choco Mucho star sure stands out on her own terms and merit.
“‘Di ko akalain na sa liit kong ‘to ay kaya kong makapagsabayan sa sport na gusto ko. Dumaan ako sa napakahirap na sitwasyon. Pero ‘di ako tumigil para ipakita kung anong meron na kakayahan ng isang katulad ko,” narrated Sisi.
In spite of the challenges she encountered, through her stint as MVP with the UST Golden Tigresses, her medal runs as a beach volleyball star, up to now back in indoor volleyball with the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, quitting has never been a passing thought for the Cebuana spiker.
“‘Di pumasok sa isipan ko ang sumuko. Kahit kapalit ng lahat ay pagod.”
The Choco Mucho ace wrapped up her inspiring video with a motivational message.
“Kaya ikaw na nanonood, ‘wag na ‘wag mong susukuan ang passion na gusto mo kasi lahat ‘yan nadadaan sa trabaho, tiyaga, at pasensya. Tapangan mo lang at ‘wag na ‘wag kang tumigil para sa minimithing pangarap,” Sisi added.
“Higit sa lahat, ‘wag lumimot sa mga taong tumulong no’ng nagsisimula pa lang tayo,” she emphasized.
