PLDT High Speed Hitters spiker Kianna Dy showed great progress with her knee injury recovery.
Kim Kianna Dy is slowly but surely making her way back to the court for the PLDT High Speed Hitters.
Though Dy is expected to miss the start of the upcoming 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference, the 29-year-old outside hitter has been ramping up her preparations for her highly-anticipated return.
In her Instagram story, Dy posted a video of successfully doing single leg hops, showing signs that her knee has recovered from the injuries she sustained over the past year.
An athlete that is coming off a knee injury is required to pass a hop test before being allowed by doctors to return the court.
If this is any indication, Dy could be well on her way to the taraflex once more in the near future.

Her return will greatly boost PLDT’s championship hopes, as the former De La Salle Lady Spiker star could be the missing piece to clinch their first-ever PVL title.
For now, the wait continues for Dy’s comeback but fans should be excited to see that the talented spiker is nearing her full return to the league.
