It’s been a while since Adamson Soaring Falcons star Jerom Lastimosa last played in the UAAP.

Lastimosa has been dealing with a knee injury that has even put his final play year for Adamson in jeopardy.

Despite missing their star guard, the Falcons have managed to do quite well so far in Season 86, managing a 2-2 record.

Still, ask any player on the San Marcelino-based squad and they would want to have Lastimosa back on the court leading the team.

Fortunately for Adamson fans, there seems to be a bit of good news on whether they will be able to see the 5-foot-10 court general.

In his TikTok account, Lastimosa posted a video of him doing some on-court drills, further proving his slow but steady recovery from his injury. He even made a strong promise in his post.

“[I] will come back soon,” Lastimosa wrote in the video’s caption.

Of course, it’s not just up to Lastimosa as he will likely need to be cleared by team doctors and officials, but if anything, this is a good sign for Adamson fans.

Lastimosa, whose jersey was retired by Adamson before the start of the season, hopes to lead the Falcons to its first UAAP title since 1977.
