Once his season with Winstreak in the Taiwan’s Top league ends, Bagunas will return to the country and play for Imus-ITP in the ongoing Spikers’ Turf Open Conference, the league’s website announced on Friday.
According to the same report, the 6-foot-5 star is expected to arrive in the country late March.
Bagunas will join the likes of Ish Polvorosa and Louie Ramirez in the team that has seized an early lead after winning its first two matches under Sammy Acaylar.
He couldn’t wait to return home.
“Sobrang saya at I can’t wait to come back home. Iba pa rin maglaro sa atin,” he said.
The national team mainstay, who has been playing abroad since 2019, also played for Oita in the Japan V.League before taking his talents to Taiwan.
