Weightlifter Elreen Ando showcased her strength as she surpassed her personal best record after lifting 130kg in the clean and jerk of the 59kg women's weightlifting
Meanwhile, returning Olympian Bianca Pagdanganan shot an impressive 69 in the end Round 2 of Women's Individual Stroke Play, boosting her bid for a medal.
Her compatriot Dottie Ardina made good of the second round after a slow start in the first round.
