Wondering what volleyball icon Rachel Anne Daquis is up to these days?
The popular volleybelle gave a timely update as she has been busy in the United States after getting an invitation to a coaching camp.
Daquis gave fans a quick glimpse of her life so far in an Instagram post that came with the caption: “My Ikigai.” A quick research told us it is a Japanese term that means “purpose.”

Speaking of purpose, Daquis also gave back to the community last month by bequeathing gym equipment to her alma mater, Far Eastern University.
“Today, my heart rejoices as a dream unfolds. Providing the right gym equipment to schools is a step toward empowering my fellow athletes,” she wrote in her post.
While she continues to serve that purpose, the Cignal HD Spikers fans can’t wait for her PVL comeback.
It doesn’t seem it will happen in the foreseeable future, though. Fortunately, things are turning up for the HD Spikers, who hold a 6-3 win-loss card.
The HD Spikers look to pick up win no. 7 on Saturday when they take on Nxled Chameleons.
