Swimmer Jarod Hatch fell short in his first competition after placing 8th in the 100-meter butterfly of the Olympic Games Paris 2024 Swimming competition
Fil-Am Swimmer Jarod Hatch made his Olympic debut in the 100-meter butterfly (Heat 2) but was not able to qualify for the semifinals after finishing at 8th place.
Hatch registered a time of 54.66, almost three seconds more than the leader of the heat Sun Jiajun of China who topped at 51.85 seconds.
The Fil-Am tanker's performance put him in 36th place overall and was ineligible to qualify for the semifinals.
